My everyday truck had a loose clutch line and was leaking fluid. The hose come loose from the master cylinder. After reconnecting the hose I was unable to bleed the line properly. I got a quote of between $45 and $65 to have my clutch bled. I left my truck and was told I should be able to pick it up the next day. The next day it was not done but I do most all my own work on my vehicles so I know how these things go. However the next day I get a call saying it was going to be around or about $550.00 or so. Apparently the air in my clutch lines caused my clutch fork to break in half, bearings to go out, and Slave cylinder to blow out so they had to pull my transmission and all. Why was I not given a call and informed there was a bigger problem than air in my clutch line before they took it upon themselves to pull my truck apart when I left explicit instructions as to what work needed to be done and how said problem occurred. When I left Quality tier I paid $65 to have them put my "original" parts back. I had to turn my truck off at the stop sign in front of there store because my breaks didn't work any more and my trucks idle was entirely to high. After getting it to the parking lot and a short argument about how breaks don't have anything to do with the clutch in which I was in perfect agreement with the manager over we discover the mechanic neglected to reconnect some vacuum lines or a vacuum line. one too many. Then driving down the road I'm hearing a vibration and filling it coming up threw the sifter. This was new. I'm guessing this is the bad bearings that magically appeared. The next day (yesterday) my truck stops running all together. Now I know exactly what was wrong with my truck when I took it in. I got it back with multiple problems under shady conditions resulting in me without an operational vehicle.

Paul saved my honeymoon. On our way from Fort Worth to Branson when our car suddenly shut down. Called AAA and Jonathon from Randy's towing made a couple calls and took our car to Quality Tire in the town square. He replaced our timing belt which had broken. The staff is friendly and Paul was very accomodating. Paul's dog, Piper, was there for entertainment. If you ever break down in Berryville Arkansas, this is the place to go! Thanks Paul!

Between Paul (the owner) and Mark (the mechanic) they called me several times over an 18 hour period. They called me to make sure I was okay and that the tow truck was inbound. Called me back to let me know the tow company had gotten there with the car. They shared what they thought the problem was over the phone and quoted a price to fix it which was so low I thought they were kidding. They had the parts ordered and the car in the shop waiting on the parts. Car was back together and test driven by late afternoon. It made it back home with no issues. And they casually fixed a couple of small problems I had known about and never got around to doing anything about. They were extremely fast at getting the work done. They even found the special coolant my Lexus requires.
Customer Service: They offered to get me back & forth to my business meeting and to my hotel in the next town. Made sure I had a cup of coffee and they have 2 awesome recliners to sit in and wait while you're waiting. Great folks to deal with. Very friendly and extremely helpful.
Excellent Business. I highly recommend them. I was 10 hours from home when my car broke down, this is not a good situation to be in. My roadside assistance service recommended Quality Tire & Auto Service.
