Very bad person to deal with
In agreement with the other review, the manual car wash has a change dispenser that has been only barely functioning for years now, and the alert that you are about to run out of time and need to add coins only works in one bay. The Automatic car wash is unable to read credit cards most of the time, yet works occasionally on the 30th or 40th attempt. These are issues that have continued for many years, yet Jeff has seemingly made no attempt to correct these glaring problems. As for the store and custom shop, I've gone in a few times to ask if they can customize my truck in one way or another, but Jeff seems much more interested in rinsing the car wash bays with a hose. He typically responds by saying that he has no time (even though nobody's ever there, and Jeff is only rinsing wash bays), or that he doesn't do what I need done. These are simply things like installing a decal, or a bed cover, or nerf bars. Perhaps I just don't understand what Jeff's truck customization service does exactly. All in all, I'm not impressed with Jeff, his wash, or his store. I tend to wash my car out of town.
I had a problem with the truck cover I bought and was told that if they were to ask the factory for help they would think they were selling the parts. Bull !! I want buy their again
Horrible auto car wash and abysmal customer service. Don't waste your money. Your car will not be clean and bring cash; card readers rarely work. Don't express concerns to Jeff. He doesn't want to hear it. Actual rating would be minus five stars. I am hearing now that this has gone on for years. He obviously isn't going to change.
Good car wash. Use it quite a bit. Would be nice if his credit card reader on his automatic bays, and his timers on the wand machines would be a bit more dependable.
